Return & Refund Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused/unwashed merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, excluding exceptions* listed below, within 30 days of purchase. Include in your email: 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) order number, 4) item you wish to return, and 5) the reason for returning.  Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will provide you a full refund, less return/shipping fees, if applicable.
 
We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be happy to issue you credit for merchandise only.

The wheels on this bus bring big smiles!

This is one awesome set for eating! The stainless bus turns mealtime into so much fun, and also makes preparation and clean up very simple. The quality of the stainless bus, spoon, bowl and cup are what you want for your child. This set is an exceptional reflection on Innobaby, an awesome company. This is a set that will be purchased over and over again and talked about in mom circles. A perfect gift for any kiddo's birthday!

I bought this set for my two boys to share. We already had a cup and another set of fork and knives but the boys constantly fought over it so I decided to get another set that included a bowl and a metal plate. The metal plate fits perfectly in the kids lunch bag. The boys were so excited they now have a similar cup, just in different colors now at dinner they do cheers toasts. It's priceless and their faces when they opened the box was adorable! Now my only issue is having one cup of bowl, looks like I'll be buying another cup because I am a huge fan of this product! Going to birthday parties these past few weeks have made me realize this would have been the best gift for any kiddo and that's why I highly recommend it!! I love that the warm oats remain warm in the metal bowl and the warm tea stays warm or cold depends how I serve it. Excellent quality and super easy to clean.

Perfect Set

I love this 7-piece set and it is perfect for my toddler. I love the bus shape and the different sections for snacks. The lid is awesome for meal-prep; I can make up my son's lunch early and keep the leftovers in the fridge for snacking later. The bowl, cup and utensils are the perfect size for his little hands and hold the perfect amount of food/drink.

I LOVE THIS!

I know it looks like this review will be misleading. BUT, I promise I purposefully did the 3 stars and the love. I LOVE this container! It was great for snacking for me at home, when I was doing my gym's challenge. It had great portion sizes! My kids love it as well! They love taking the bus out. UNFORTUNATELY, on my blue lids, one melted in the dishwasher, and the other slides off every time. I have no problem with the pink lid I have, but the blue ones are my issues. :(

Best on the go for formula

I have tried multiple products for carrying formula on the go, and these Packin SMART Stackables are my favorite! The others I have tried take forever to dump all the formula out of because it gets stuck on the slopes that lead to the opening. This one is super easy! Much better for when baby is hangry and I need that formula in the bottle stat! super easy to take apart and carry as few as one container on the go, plus dishwasher safe!

Snacks to go... anywhere

Truly a breast feeder is best friend. I am able to pack all types of snacks in here to curb my insatiable snacking habit while feeding. It is easy to fill in the morning and then toss in my bag to go.
Will use for baby snack when my daughter is old enough for them. They have a handy spout that allows the snack to come out with a little shake. Best snacks for these are the small piece ones. Much bigger than an almond it is tough to get them to lay right to get a good amount.

Great Dinnerware Set!

My kids got it in the mail today, and haven't stopped talking about them! They love them! They were upset that I didn't wash them each time to be used over and over again. I'm going to get rid of our two thinkSport ones because my husband hates how hard they are to close! My kids love the cups and the bowls. I'm sure that's what they are going to want for breakfast! Better get washing!!

Room for improvement, but still a great dinner ware set!

I really like this set! The bus platter is a cool and fun way to present a meal to little ones. I love how the lid keeps most of the food in their individual compartments...although the top middle isn't sealed like the others, so don't keep any liquid-like food in there! The silverware are alright. I'd like the depth of the spoon to be a little deeper. The bowl should be wider so that it's easier for my preschooler to scoop out food. Every attempt she makes, most of the liquid spills back out before she can lift it up to her mouth. I needed to hold the bowl at an angle for her to be able to scoop out milk with her cereal. We love the cup and its handle. Only wish the plastic covered the bottom part, too, because it's really uncomfortably cold to the touch if you put in cold liquids like water in there. Otherwise, this is a neat set to have around. I have a blue and pink set. Wish I also had the green set!
