Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed once you place the order, and your items will ship within 1-3 business days.

 

Return Policy

We stand behind the products we make and feature on our site. We are confident that you will fall in love with our offerings, more so in person, like millions of other parents did from around the world that we served for more than a decade.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here for you. 
 
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused/unwashed merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, excluding exceptions* listed below, within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain a RAN(return authorization number). Include in your email: 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) order number, 4) item you wish to return, and 5) the reason for returning.  Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will provide you a full refund, less return/shipping fees, if applicable.
 
We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be happy to issue you credit for merchandise only. 
 
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, it must be returned or exchanged through the retailer by following their return / exchange policy. 
 
If you purchased your item directly from us at an event booth, please indicate the receipt number on the email request. Your return item must include this original receipt to obtain credit for your merchandise.  All shipping charges incurred during sale, return, and in exchange is paid by the customer. 
 
Once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us, please return your unused item in its original packaging, along with the sales receipt, if required, to:

Product Warranty

Innobaby strives to offer quality products we manufacture.  We stand behind our quality and workmanship in producing our products.  In order to provide quality assurance against manufacture’s defects, we provide a 1-year limited warranty to customers who purchased through our website or from one of our authorized dealers.  For customers who purchased discontinued products, limited quantity specials, sale items, and/or custom merchandise through deal sites or other merchandising outlets, we provide a 30 day limited warranty from the date of purchase.    

What do we NOT cover under limited warranty?  

- Damages caused by improper wash & care,  normal wear & tear, discoloration due to usage, and accidents.  The warranty does not cover shipping related damages.  If you believe the product was damaged during transit, please contact the original seller directly and follow their guidelines for return/exchange.

How do you qualify under our warranty program?

  • Please notify us at [email protected] regarding the problem you are experiencing and request for a Product Replacement form.  Be specific about the issues, include photos if available, provide with receipt and name of the retailer so we can further assist you.
  • We kindly ask you to return defective items for further evaluation.     
  • All defective items will be replaced at our discretion and will notify the customer in timely manner.

Order Acceptance Policy

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1 to 3 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

 

Order Delayed or Cancelled

We strive to keep merchandise status up-to-date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damaged items, high order volume, etc. Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. 
You may be contacted by Customer Service for additional verification. If they are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders are processed within one business days. However, from with high volume, processing time may be extended to 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, but tracking information is communicated with you upon shipment. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 

Taxes

Innobaby.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Illinois. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system error, Innobaby.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Innobaby.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Innobaby.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
